WebPlus X6: Page Left Justified on IE

Hi

I am developing a website in WebPlus x6 and using PHP and javascript on the pages. I have a page www.quote4.it/page8.php which when viewed in IE is justified to the left (no left background), however when viewed in Chrome the page is centered. I do have php code before the html header.

Any advice? thanks
