MoviePlus X6: Crop a Clip by Pixels instead of Percentage

Hi!

Original video size is 1024 x 768 (Progressive, Square pixels)
I want to export the video as 1280 x 720 HD
I don’t care about the black space around the video.

If I don’t crop the video, quality is fine, but not good as video contains small text, and it’s not as clear as in original video.

So I need to crop 768 pixels to 720 for text to look sharp.
At least I think so.

Problem is that Movieplus crops only in percentage, not pixels.
I am not sure how to calculate the right percentage to crop.

I tried to make some calculation and exported around 30 different preview videos. Quality was better, but it’s still not as good as I want.

So, what am I doping wrong?
How can I fit 1024 x 768 video in 1280 x 720 without loosing any quality?
