DrawPlus X6: Is this a bug? Blur artefacts

Hi everyone:

I don't know if this is a bug, or something that I might be doing wrong... again. SM:WHISTLE

Here's the recipe

As you can see from the attached picture, there is an abnormality where the lighter circle and darker circle blend into each other.

Is anyone else getting the same as I am or could this be a problem on my end?
