Uploading website... Account details, "Folder"?

So I'm trying to upload my website from WebPlus X5.

I have some problems though. I have no idea what to put in the "Folder" field.

I am using windows hosting and using 123-reg. They say you need to enter the content folder for the web directory into the folder field for windows hosting. But I have no idea what this means or where to find this folder.

Any help?

Also what goes into the account name box? The email 123-reg sent me only lists the host name, user id and password.

I assume User ID goes into the "Username" box and "Host name" goes into either "Account Name" or "FTP Address". But I'm unsure. Can anyone clear this up for me?

User ID is in the form of "ftp@mywebsite.co.uk"
Host name is in the form of "mywebsite.co.uk or IP Address"
Password obviously is a password.
