WebPlus X6: help with /index.html

Hello guys
Ive posted on here before regarding this matter but cant get to grips on how to change it.

I have a website called pastiche.org.uk. In the address bar it comes up as http://www.pastiche.org.uk/index.html/

Why? and how can i take the index.html off it?

Ive added some images to this so you can see if there is an issue.

I can email the website to someone if they like and have a good look at it. email:andyb000@hotmail.com

The hosting is one.com and they cant figure out what the problem is.

The home page properties, i have to put 'index.html' in the file name area. If i put anything else in there the website will show up as blank on there server.
