MYSQL DATABASE

Not sure if this topic has been discussed. As I have been a long WEBPLUS user I have always found this software to be one of the best on the market for people like me to create websites without the need for all the technical knowledge. I have recently hit a brickwall. I have always wanted to create a website with a database with a search query. Looking at all the available MYSQL software out there I Believe you need to have some knowledge on how to create a database and then to link this up with your website on the server.
My question is. Is there any possibility that SERIF can create such a software to run alongside WEBPLUS without the need for all the technical knowledge you need to create this. It is just an idea but I am sure would be a great addition if SERIF could introduce a MYSQL software.
