WebPlus X6: Email Form with Table Format

I have used the standard webplusx email form successfully. Now, I need to enable a customer to email to me a form which has the usual header information (name, email address etc) but instead of the usual "comment" field, a table of information supplied by the customer like:
Item 1 Description Price
Item 2 Description Price
Item 3 Description Price etc. up to say 10 rows.

Is it possible to define an email form for this?
