I'm working on a website for someone who wants a kind of vertical design of the page elements which include putting a picture below a text column. In Firefox, it looks fine, yet he asks me every day to decrease the spacing of some of these elements. I found out he looks at the site with a Chrome browser. I then checked the page on my Chrome browser and understand what he'd getting at. The picture is more than an inch below the text column. I thought of putting the picture centered inside the text column but I can't get it to center.
Has anyone any advice on how to center the photo or how to fix the page so that it looks the same in both browsers?
I'm using Windows 7. He's using Vista, if that makes any difference.
