WebPlus X4: A certain copy and paste page link isn't working...

I am having a new problem I never had before. In an e-mail, I will give clients a link to a specific page on my website (the one linked below):

http://whitelightconnection.com/talk...and_rates.html

But clients are telling me the link doens't work. But any other links I put in the e-mail to say other website pages on the internet do.

I am not aaware of any settings I've changed and have been copy and pasting this website page into e-mail for yrs. without problems.

Can anyone see if there is something not right in the address or propose what might be going on and how to fix it?
