WebPlus Starter Edition: can I edit/amend at a later date

Hi,
I have today downloaded the webplus starter edition and am attempting to build my first website to promote my handmade craft items. As the starter edition only allows 5 pages (which is currently enough for me) can you tell me, if i create my website using this now and upgrade to the full version at a later date, can I open and edit it with the full software or will I have to build it all again?
