Copyright issues

Hello,

I was asked to build a website for a friend who is selling these diet supplements. It's one of those businesses where she pays the company to send her the product and then she sells it. I didn't know if I could make her the website even though she owns the supplement she sells.

Oh I forgot to add that she will not be selling the product off the site directly, it is pretty much an information site that will contain contact information and photos of theproducts.
