WebPlus X6: Problem w the registration key

Hello!!

I'm trying to proceed with the registration of webplus.

However, the only keys for products keys that I can find on my My Account > View Product Keys have letters and numbers (and the register key is only numbers). So I don't know whats the keys they are taking about. Even the emails sent by Serif have letters.

what should I do to register?
