WebPlus X5: mobile device website.

Hello,
I am making a website and want to make a mobile device friendly site as well.

1. Can I just put a link on my page and link to a duplicate, simplified website set at 320 width? Any other ways/suggestions?

2. I don't have a smart phone to play with right now but I used to, and I remember it asking me if I wanted to view sites in 'mobile' format or some such language. Is there a way I can have the mobile site load automatically if people are using a smartphone?
