Supersized and background picture

Hey, I am using supersized gallery as the background of my website. Also I would like to use a background picture (2000x150px) at the top of my page. How can I make it to appear one layer after supersized gallery? I mean, is there a way to "Send to Back" supersized gallery so my background picture can also be visible?
