WebPlus X6: Attaching HTML to text frame problem

When attaching html to a small text frame, in this case a LOGOUT command (href), for some reason text in a lower text frame also becomes underlined and made into a logout link. Not all of the text, only some of it.

I have tried several ways to overcome this to no avail.

The small text frame that only has the text LOGOUT is positioned on my navigation bar (outside the navigation itself.

Any clues to why?
