WebPlus X4: Navigation-bar not to see

Hi

I have webPlus x4 and try out my first Homepage.

I have made an mastersite with an Logo and a Flash-Navigation bar. I made some subsites. Look at Picture 01.

The Navigation bar works fine and is shown on every Page.
The Bar is an Navigationbar vor the "Head" of the Page. With such things like impressum, contact, links and so on.

After that i add a second navigation bar in the same Style (flash design) for an sidebar-navigation. This is for the main-content.

The links must be another as in the navigation bar above, so i try out what option i have to chose and i get the fourth (look at pic02).
But with this option, the Navigation bar is shown ONLINE on the "index" Page. Not at any page else.

Can anyone explain, what to do, that the second navigatin-bar only show the "content sites" and not the other Stuff like impressum, contact etc.
And of course, that the second navigationbar is seen on EVERY Page ;)

I hope you understand, you can answer in german too.
