WebPlus X6: Inner Lines of Table Properties

Hi, I'm recreating a CD grid of products that is already online and was made in Photoshop. Please see link.

I've used two panels of color. One darker and one with a near transparent back for the back of the boxes. What I can't figure out is how to affect the "inner lines of the table - those going down and across - not the borders. The table option, as far as I can see only affects the outer border... I tried to use cell properties with all the boxes selected for the inner lines, choosing the inner line properties, but the lines wont change...Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
