WebPlus X6: Forms

I have created a Booking Form in WebPlus X6, for customers to submit to an email address. It will be published and linked to a website which I created in another programme. After the customer has submitted the form, I need them to be directed to a 'Thank You' page which will confirm that the form has been sent and will give further details.

I already have a 'Thank You' page on my current website, but I can't find the function to link this form to it.
Can that be done and if so how....any help would be appreciated.
