I was wondering if the following is possible in PP Essentials:
When you make a document, is it possible to enter variable data into it if and when required?
What I mean is:
I am making membership cards, and obviously the layout and logo et al have to be the same, but rather than making a new document every time someone buys one, or handwriting the details (name, membership card number and amount paid), is it possible to fill in just those fields, eg. "Name:" is there, So are "Number:" and "Amount:", is it possible in any way to just paste the required details next to those labels?
(Something like you do in Mail merge in MS Office).
If it is, how is it achieved?
