WebPlus X6: Linklok and Mals E Commerce

Hi, can someone please tell me what they think of Linklok with Mals E Commerce or is there a better one - where there is just the one time purchase price, no monthly payments of fees for transactions.. Just trying to see if there is any comparative programs.

Thinking of switching to Linklok instead of Mal's Basic Download option...
