WebPlus X6: Mobile website redirect

What is the "new" way to re-direct a mobile user to the mobile sized website? The html code re-direct has worked until one of the recent updates I assume because it no longer re-directs. The WP re-direct in the Page Properties also doesn't do anything. Using a Galaxy SIII and have tried with more than 1 site but, this is the one I need to get working again. http://www.executiveparkingatl.com/
