WebPlus X6: Quick Publishing

Hi... I just uploaded my new site and am going thru and am catching little things I want to change. My question is, do I really have to quick publish every little thing. In my old program, just saving the file inside of the program automatically updated the file on the server.

AND I think quick publish, publishes every little thing on the page every time.
