Can't publish away from home

I have no trouble with publishing site when I am home, but if I am away from home, WebPlus has trouble connecting to my server. It can't locate working directory.

Everything is the same, laptop, site file name, account, etc. Only difference is that I am away from home.

Any help is appreciated,
