WebPlus X6: Rollover text

Happy New Year!

I'm a bit stuck, I would like to have text appear when the mouse rolls over a picture hyperlink, so for example if I have a picture of a park, when you roll the mouse over it I would like text to come up saying "park" I have tried doing it from the interactive object / rollover menu but it seems that I have to have a rollover picture pop-up as well when all I want is the text to pop up...

Does that make sense?
