WebPlus X5: Custom scrollbar - need help so badly

Hello every one!

There is this space on my homepage that I need to make it into scrollbar, there will be pictures, panels, even Photo sliders inside the scroll bar...

How could I implement this in WebPlus? anyone here has done it before?

I have looked into Serifaddons unique scrollbar, but that's plain scrollbar for texts...
