WebPlus X7: Frame margins

I'm baffled. Up to WPX6, there was a menu option for frame set-up which made it easy to put margins inside the text frame.
Now in WPX7, this seems to have vanished.
Is this something to do with HTML 5?
I do hope you can achieve the same effect by a parallel route or I shall be a most unhappy bunny.
