WebPlus X7: Samsung tablet problem

Hi all. I`m doing this site for my local Festival,(early stages) and have been diligently checking it on my iPad throughout to ensure it was displaying ok. Everything looked great.I`ve just been made aware though, that the menu doesnt display correctly on some Samsung Galaxys. Are the Javascript Menus the only ones that are reliable on all browsers, and if not, how are we sposed to know that our menus work correctly on all tablets? Thanks
