WebPlus X4: Using smart object form - target page

I have set up a password protected area of my website, and smart object form to allow password access. If I input correct details, I get redirected to http://www.serifwebresources.com/www...uk/page21.html

and gives page not found.

The actual page I am trying to target is of course www.businessstudiesalevel.co.uk/page21.html

Any smart users with good ideas how to resolve. Help greatly appreciated
