WebPlus X7: FlowPlayer not finding video File

I am trying to display a short video clip using Flow Player but am getting a message HTML5 :Video File Not Found in Firefox and in IE 11. Interestingly, Google Chrome finds it no problem and displays it correctly.

Any ideas?
