WebPlus X5: Asset Tab

First of all thank you for your time.

I know what I am about to ask is probably a really stupid question, which is most likely why I cannot find an answer.

I need to know WHERE to find the "asset tab". I am 6 levels below amateur at website design and new to this software. I am reading VERY long tutorials that keep referencing the "asset tab" (in my case to setup background elements) and for no love nor money can I find this "asset tab" ANYWHERE.

I cannot make any progress until I understand this.. thanks. It just says "On the asset tab..." assuming I know where it is.. I really do not.
