Can anyone please assist??

Hi everyone,

Having a few problems trying to upload 2 sites to lcn.com

publish to web connects to the remote server and then starts to upload then fails and i get

there was an error opening remote file index.html for writing. (openrequest failed)

i have also tred to upload via filezilla to lcn.com in .wpp format and then i published to a new file and transferred that to the host server (in html format?) and it will transfer over but the website will still not show up.

could it simply be i placed the files incorrectly or am i doing something else wrong?

can someone please shed some light on this as its driving me a bit crazy now lol.
