I have been a member for a couple of years and this is such a great forum that I have rarely had to post a question. Most often I find my answers and inspirations in the existing posts. I have been the webmaster for the past 2 years for the Fallbrook Vintage Car Club . We are hosting our 48th Annual Car Show this Memorial Day weekend and I have set up online registration for the Car Show and plan to set it up for our Swap Meet as well.
The online registration is working but I have issues/questions about the E-commerce form and PayPal receipts.
First
I used the E-commerce Wizard to create a BUY IT NOW buttom for PayPal. I set the validation for all the fields in the form. It seems that the validation of the fields is not saved properly. I can publish to my site and it works fine, but next time I publish another update I lose the field validation settings on my form. Any ideas?
Second
I notice if I right click on my E-commerce form one of the options is "Convert to Form". I have not found any information on this option. Is this something I need to do?
Third
This is probably a PayPal issue but I have not found the answer in their forums. When an entrant fills out the registration and pays via PayPal a notification is sent to the primary PayPal email (our Treasurer). I have not found a way to also get the notice sent to other emails at the same time. I would our Registration Chair and perhaps one or two other email addresses notified at the same time. Any Suggestions?
Thanks in advance to all the great minds that I know will respond and enlighten me.
