PagePlus X5: Registration key

I have been using PPX for m,any years' Today I was asked to register it (again).

I have an order number, client number, installation number and a product key. This time I was asked for a registration key,

None of my numbers work. The registration key can not, apparently, accept characters, only digits.

What am I missing? Thanks
