DrawPlus X6: How do you draw using a touchscreen?

I'm running DrawPlus X6 in Windows 8 on a laptop that has a touchscreen. I'd like to be able to draw directly on the screen, but doing so now only moves the pointer around.

Thing is, I can adjust the pressure and everything using the Pressure Studio, and my marks will show up there. I can even make marks in Windows Paint, but can't seem to figure out how to in DrawPlus X6.

I've searched for an answer and couldn't find one, so I thought I'd ask here; it's probably something simple that I'm just missing.
