I'm trying to see if I can use MoviePlus to edit and format videos for a cable channel. The broadcast server needs the files in the M2T format, VIDEO / MPEG2. The files names have the extension .m2t. Right now, the videos are standard definition, SD.
I see in MoviePlus's help info where it says I can save as M2TS & M2T if I have AVCHD Progressive video clips. Well, I don't. The video clips I have are ripped from a DVD.
I tried creating a custom template but I cannot find one that lets me use an SD resolution, 720x480. And I cannot find the setting that stores the files at .M2T. I see the extension .M2TS instead.
Anyone have any suggestions, or can point me in the right directions?
