WebPlus X6: Problem integrating my website with plugins

Hi Guys,

Firstly i have no hesitation saying that i am really disappointed by the support of osclass as i was much excited that i found what i was looking for, but when i started modifying it, really stucked even i have no idea why my changes are not appearing on the index page, i posted earlier twice and more that i am trying to design and build an ecommerce site with multiple features of Classifieds and other sections, here's the main i designed on another plattform, http://technouniversal.com

in this domain i was planning to add sub domains of classifieds, stores and more like this http://technouniversal.com/classifieds
as well as stores section which is something like
http://technouniversal.com/stores
here i am using three different plattforms for designing "webplus,osclass & now ocart"

can someone "expert" guide me how i can have my own header as in "technouniversal.com" to all of the others in "classifieds and stores"
all the remaining i really like to be same with some changings like "featured products/stores" can be shown in slider on the top soon after header is ending .

i really appreciate if someone is willing to help me out with my project.
